Alex Isbell

Alex Isbell (she/her) was born and raised in Seattle, where she grew into her love for writing under Hugo House's youth programs and as a member of their poetry cohort. She shifted her focus from creative writing to screenwriting after attending Berridge's Gap Year Filmmaking Program in France in 2022, and she is now a rising junior at Ithaca College pursuing a degree in Writing for Film, TV, and Emerging Media. In 2023, she was named a YoungArts Finalist in Film, the competition's highest distinction.
